Topographic View

The map below shows the actual boundaries of the land.  There are three 80 acre tracts shown in the middle of the map.  The ranch house is located where the black dot is between the two north 80 acre tracts.  The area that we have designated that would be excellent to subdivide into smaller parcels to sell is the 80 acres to the left of the house (dot).  The county road crosses the left side if this tract with a fork near the end.  If this area were subdivided and sold, you would not be able to see it from the house.  There is a hill that hides this area that parallels the road leading up to the house on the left side.  There is also an electrical power line that crosses the left 80 acre tract from southwest to northeast.  Any subdivided lots could be set up with building sites next to this power line.

The map below shows the original section of land that was divided and the landowners.  It also shows a road that turns off to the right as soon as you get on the main county road.  This road winds northeast, then curves around two hills and winds northwest to a creek crossing.  This is a dry creek that you can drive through.  It then heads north and enters the southeast corner of the southern 80 acre tract.  This is accessible by pickup or SUV.  I wouldn't recommend a car unless a dozer was sent through first.  The two 80 acre tracts on the east side are very remote access and very undisturbed desert.
